Photo Sanity is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.
All photo analysis and cleanup actions occur locally on your device. The app does not upload or store your photos on external servers.
You are solely responsible for reviewing and confirming deletion of photos. We are not liable for accidental deletions, loss of data, or any damages resulting from use of the app.
This application is licensed to you, not sold. Your use of the app is also subject to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
